• We won't charge you "a unit" for calling you.
• We won't send you any unexpected invoices – now or in the future.

We welcome our clients to call us throughout the year for support as they need without the fear of receiving an invoice for a short conversation.

• We do charge on the basis of delivering a service to our clients.

Our time charges are based on the level of experience and knowledge required to complete the specific task at hand.
